We have been able to do so many fun things this last month and thought we would share our pictures and tell you all about it. This was a fun year to start some new traditions for our family. Our first one was doing a Turkey run in Rexburg, Thanksgiving morning. It was cold but when we started running we were just fine.
Amelia ran the race with us as well. She sat in the stroller for a lot of it but still got out and ran for some of the race. She ran for the last little bit to cross the finish line. She got so many cheers when she came across. In this picture she is waiting for Keegan and I. You can kind of see us in the distance. Her little hands were also freezing.
We did a thankful turkey this year. It was so fun for all of us to put a feather on every day.
This is the first time we have gone out and cut down our own Christmas tree. We went up by Island Park. It was a beautiful day and so much fun to go walk through the forest looking for the perfect tree. This is the one we found and all agreed on would be an awesome Christmas tree. We all took turns with the saw to cut it down and the boys thought it was so fun to yell "Timber"
We surprised the kids and went down to SLC for the night to see the lights on Temple Square and do some shopping downtown. This is by a huge tree in the City Creek Center
Taking a rest by the Salt Lake Temple.
We loved the lights. It is so fun to see the amazing job they do with the trees and everything else.
We loved watching the mail for gifts from cousins.
Thank you James! I love it!
Thank you Bear and Lola! This was awesome to get!
Some of the other things we have been doing...
Insanity
Ethan is playing indoor soccer for the winter. He loves being able to still play soccer even though it is so cold outside. He also got braces this month. He only has them on the top front teeth. He has to get a bar put in the top of his mouth to make some more space for his adult teeth to come in.
Amelia is in a little dance class and loves it. She dances around
the house all day long.
Mom, these are the flowers we took to Clara and to
the Lapioli's to thank them for helping with the cats.
I probably have way to many pictures of the house and yard on here but it just looked so beautiful with all the frost on the trees and bushes.

To end our Christmas break the boys took ski lessons at Kelly Canyon. They loved it. By the end of the three days of lessons they were flying down the mountain side. They have found a new sport that they love.
