Here are a few pictures:)  Maddie added and captioned them for us:) We'll post again once we upload pictures from our camera from Halloween til now.  We have loved looking at the posts so we thought we'd contribute.  Jeff, my kids have watched those videos over and over.  So fun.  We hopefully move in to our house Dec. 13th:)  As soon as I know when we can receive mail there, I'll send our address for Christmas cards.  Love you all!

Grandma Faylene came and visited for Dad's birthday! It was so fun to have her here! :)

We went out to Johnny Carino's for his birthday dinner.

For Ephraim's birthday we had a friend party at Chuck-E-Cheese. It was a Monday afternoon, so it was pretty empty- we almost had the whole place for ourselves!

There was a huge storm a few weeks ago-
lots of lightning, super heavy rain, some
really strong wind, power going out, scary stuff.
It was enough to blow over the tree in our front yard!

We all have our own lockers at the new house by the garage :)

These  first day of preschool pictures never made it onto Facebook with the rest of the first day of school pics

a few more from Grandma's visit.  We all missed her as soon as she drove away.

 Happy 5th birthday Ephraim
 Conference cookies!

Clara went to 5th grade Sky Ranch with all her classmates and Mom got to go with her! It was 3 days
and two nights. We missed them but they had so much fun :)

Nori made ice cream at school.  mom and the littles went to help

It's the state fair! We love having a day off in the
middle of the week.It was so fun to have Josh
 there too :)

There's this really awesome petting zoo at the fair
with all these animals like giraffes, zebras, alpacas,
llamas... pretty sweet.

It's a turkey leg and it's hard to eat by yourself.

Lunch at the fair. Sooo good!

Here's a few more. (Note that this is my second post tonight, so after you look at these, keep scrolling down to see the eyeball ones.)

Annual trip to the hills for firewood. This was Labor Day. Those logs are now all cut, split, and stacked nicely waiting to be burned.

David, pre-haircut.

Birthday

Our neighbor does professional rodeo. He's the nicest guy in the world and lets the kids ride his horses (and wear his hats). Too bad in these pictures the kids all have white mouths from the baseball-sized jawbreakers they'd been sucking on for the past 3 days.

Eyeballs

It's been three months since we posted anything, so I'm not going to try to catch up in one post. As I sat down to look through pictures to add, I came across these from August. Emi plans the best family activities. Here we are at the home of our friends (the husband happens to be her eye doctor) dissecting cow eyes. Emi asked our butcher for some, so she came home with 6 eyeballs. Then she asked the doctor if he would teach us about eyes and lead us through dissecting them. Before we went over she found a virtual dissection activity online so each of our kids learned the parts of the eye and practiced first. It was great, and only one of our kids licked the eye she was dissecting (so smooth and tempting, how could she resist?)
